Certified Chiropractic Clinical Assistant Recertification Process

Each Chiropractic Clinical Assistant (CCA) is required renew their certification by June 30th of the third year following theirinitial certification and every three years thereafter. The table below outlines the next several years:

To complete the renewalprocess, you must do the following:

  1. Complete a Board-approved, 6-hour recertification course. You can find approved course providers here.
  2. Pay the Board a $25 renewal fee, which can be paid by credit card here.

While the Board reviews recertification courses, we do not offer any ourselves. If you are having difficulty accessing the recertification course you registered for, please contact the course provider directly.

Once the Board Office receives your renewal fee and confirmation that you have completed a recertification course, your certification will be renewed. Please note that course providers must report your completion of their recertification course directly to the Board Office – your account will not automatically update as soon as you complete it.

Once your certification has been renewed, you can log-in to your account on the Board’s website to access an updated copy of your certificate.
